Mancos Workforce Housing
The Town of Mancos, in partnership with the Mancos Conservation District, was awarded a $531,700 grant from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Innovative Housing Opportunities Incentive. The funding was used to construct a two-story duplex on an empty lot in town on the corner of Bauer Avenue and Willow Street.
The property is owned by the Conservation District and was provided for the project to help address the housing shortage in Mancos.
The duplex is divided into two 1,500-square-foot homes, each with two to three bedrooms and one to two bathrooms.
Both units are rented at this time and we will provide notice when a unit becomes available.
