MCD’s HS Scholarship Program

The Purpose

Every year the Mancos Conservation District’s Board of Supervisors provides a scholarship program to aid two deserving Mancos High School graduating seniors to obtain a post-high school education in natural resource management, agriculture, agrosciences, or similar fields.

This scholarship is aimed at encouraging local students to be passionate about local natural resource management and helping them work towards a degree in working with the land for an improved future.

Apply Today!

You are eligible to apply if you are a Mancos High School senior seeking a degree in the fields of agro sciences, farming, natural resource conservation, agronomy, crop sciences, green biotechnology, large animal veterinary medicine, environmental sciences, or sustainability.
